“Save a Life… It’s in Your Blood!”: Voluntary Blood Donation Day Organized by the Pierce Kindergarten & Primary School Parents’ Association
The Pierce Kindergarten & Primary School Parents’ Association, in collaboration with the “First Aid Heroes” Club of the Primary School (academic year 2025–2026), is organizing a Voluntary Blood Donation Day to support the Pierce Blood Bank.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the East Campus, Pierce, in Spata.
With the central message “Save a Life… It’s in Your Blood!”, this event is an important initiative of giving and solidarity. Alongside the blood donation drive, attendees will have the opportunity to receive reliable information and register as bone marrow donors by providing a sample, as part of a special initiative supported by the “Orama Elpidas” Association.
The initiative is accompanied by touching drawings and messages created by the students themselves, such as “Be a hero without a cape — just donate blood,” highlighting the children’s awareness from an early age of the importance of volunteering.
The organizers extend an open invitation to parents, teachers, friends, and anyone who would like to dedicate a few minutes of their time to give the most precious gift of all: life.
